Corn Tortilla Chips

This last Christmas my son gave me an air-fryer…  so I have been using it to make all kinds of things. The latest one I used it for was to make Corn Tortilla Chips. I have made these in the past but I would deep-fry them. After a few tries of adjusting the time and temperature I came up with what worked with my air-fryer.

Tortilla Chips

3 small Corn Tortillas
oil
Salt, to taste

Brush both sides of corn tortillas with oil.
Cut corn tortillas into thin strips. The reason I cut them in thin strips this time is because I’m going to use them as a base for Huevos Rancheros. If you want to use them for dipping you could cut them into triangles.
Place tortilla pieces in basket of air-fry that has been preheated to 380 F. and cook for 4 minutes. Adjust the time and temperature according to the size you cut the tortillas.
Repeat with remaining tortilla strips, working with 3 small corn tortillas, cut into strips, per batch.
Transfer strips to a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle with salt.
